Almost There!
Have you ever seen the scene in the original Star Wars, where the guy is about to fire the missle into the Death Star to destroy all the bad guys... he keeps saying, "Almost there!" And just when you think he's about to fire, he says it again, "Almost there!" Over and over again, and the suspense keeps on building! So that's pretty much where we are with this move into Brooks. First we thought we would move in August 1st, so we've been getting closer and we'd "Almost there!" Then we found out our move in day was August 4th... then August 8th. But even though it seems like we'll never get there, we will. However, we have moved all our stuff into a temporary apartment for a week so that the girls whose apartment we are subletting can move their stuff in.
But after all is said and done, we are very happy and blessed to be given such a great opportunity, and when we are all moved in, we'll look back on all this and say in our best Obi-Wan Kanobi voice, "Truly The Force runs strong in this family."
Ha! Yall are hillarious! Im so excited for yall that you get to move into brooks! We will have to come by & see it once yall get settled in!
